Complus IT Ltd are a Managed IT Services and IT Consultancy Provider.
We collect and use only the data that is relevant to the provision of our services to existing and prospective clients. Nothing more than that.

What kind of personal information do we collect and how is it used?

Under the scope of Managed IT and Consultancy Services, we may collect names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and email addresses. We do not collect or store sensitive data or personal access passwords.

Sharing your information

We only ever share data with other companies when it is required for the provision of contractual obligations for which we will always ask your permission (consent). For example, we may pass on your contact details to only the relevant parties when you request or place an order for a product (software licences, hardware). We do not sell or share data or use tracking cookies.

We have strict security measures in place to protect your personal information. We follow our security procedures and apply suitable technical measures, such as encryption, Two and Multi Factor Authentication to protect your information.

How long do we keep personal information?

We store personal information for the periods needed for the purposes for which the information was collected or for which it is to be further processed. Sometimes we’ll keep it for longer if we need to by law. Otherwise we delete it.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have a right to know what personal information we hold about you. We will ask you to prove who you are to ensure we do not disclose your information to the wrong people.
