We’re thrilled to announce that Complus IT has been named a Community Ambassador with the Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre (ECRC). This role allows us to collaborate with the ECRC in their mission to strengthen cyber resilience among organisations across the East of England, including small businesses, charities, and public sector bodies.

As a Community Ambassador, we’re committed to promoting the ECRC’s mission to raise cybersecurity awareness and offer accessible resources and services that help local organisations protect themselves against cyber threats. Our partnership with the ECRC aligns with our own goals of building secure, resilient IT environments that empower businesses to operate with confidence.

What Is the ECRC?

The Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre is a non-profit organisation supported by the UK Government and regional police forces. It aims to improve cybersecurity knowledge and resilience across communities, with services like cyber health checks, vulnerability assessments, and educational workshops. By offering these resources, the ECRC helps businesses safeguard their assets and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Our Role as a Community Ambassador

As an ECRC Community Ambassador, Complus IT will work closely with the centre to:

• Raise Awareness: Educate local organisations about the importance of cybersecurity and the support services available through the ECRC.
• Promote Best Practices: Share essential cybersecurity practices, helping businesses and non-profits build stronger defences against cybercrime.
• Provide Resources: Connect organisations with ECRC resources, including low-cost services that improve cyber resilience.
